    I spoke with a very helpful customer support person this afternoon and she said that you would be contacting me about receiving a replacement for my new MR450 Mosquito Repellent.  The one I have is brand new, never been used, and does not work no matter what I do.  I hope you can help me out since I live in Florida and am still suffering from the mosquito invasion, a result of Hurricane Ian.  The weather is now perfect, but I cannot sit outside because of those critters.

    I have called customer service this morning about one of our Thermacell Radius units not charging. She was very nice and said let’s get that replaced and said to expect an email from you. The only email that I’ve received is to establish an account. What are the next steps. Both units were cared for in same way- one works and one doesn’t. Love the product…when they are able to be used. Thank you!
