My Radius will not power on

We understand you are having an issue with your Radius where you cannot get it to power on. If you see blinking lights when trying to power it on: First, try unlocking the device (if your device has this feature)--- Remove it from it's charger and hold the power button in for 5 seconds or longer, it should blink to indicate "locked mode" is now turned off.

If there are no lights present: - Does the battery indicator light turn on when you insert a charging cable? If no: - Make sure cable is inserted fully into the charge port - If charging using a USB port in a computer, please charge using a standard wall outlet - Allow up to 5 minutes for the device to indicate that it is charging – the battery indicator should begin to blink once battery has minimum power.
